5G & Enhanced Connectivity are the buzzwords of present times. As technology evolves the term gets more defined. It is used for the purpose of describing the next generation of mobile telephony and other future applications that will shape the telecommunication world. However, it is not the business analysts who are in a position to know about the 5G & Enhanced Connectivity scenario because no provider is yet able to offer clarity on this subject. Only the experts from the leading service providers like T-Mobile, Vodafone and Orange are well aware of the fact that voice-as-user interface will be playing a major role in all the future handsets available in the market. As far as the question of voice-as-user interface is concerned, here the gist of the matter is that a user will not be able to access various applications through his handset via his PC or laptop because the connection would not support those functions. Hence, there would be only one application supported by the mobile in such a situation and that application would take the form of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP).
On the other hand, if you look at the industry analysts opinion, you will find that a majority of them believe that voice-as-user interface and the multiexperience will play a vital role in the coming years. This aspect is the primary reason why VoIP is so much talked about in the recent times. However, if we dig deeper into the market, we would find that a majority of people are not aware of these innovations. Only the executives and marketing managers of various company are aware of the fact that these buzzwords have actually made a significant impact on their business. Hence, it would always be advisable to first understand the market and then start making innovative moves accordingly.
